I’m a 70-year-old retired engineer, living in Butler, Pa. I had a stroke 2 years ago, resulting in double-vision, so I rarely drive my pride and joy anymore.
It’s a 1971 240Z hybrid. Manufactured in 10/70. I bought it in 3/75. Drove it on and off until 2000, when I installed the 406 Chevy SB that I had taken two years to build. Then in 2001 I put the Eibach coilovers on it and in 2002 had the bodywork restored with NOS fenders & quarters, bumpers, door handles, weatherstripping, etc.
It’s painted a Lamborghini red with clear coat—gorgeous! Interior looks nearly new. Trans. is a built 700R4 with cooler. R200 rear end, 3.90 gears and Quaife LS diff. Autometer gauges, incl. 5″ speed. & tach.
Only drove it to local car shows and cruises since conversion. 4,600 miles on odometer. Always garaged. Nearly-new car cover is included. Original drivetrain can be included at no extra cost if desired. Many more professional photos available upon request.
$24,000 $21,000. Engine details will be emailed upon request.
I will accept cash only, no payments or trades considered. This is a solid investment vehicle and a hoot to drive. Serious inquiries only, please.
