First, I don’t need any help selling, no checks, no paying extra and picking up later after funds clear scam, no bank transfers or cashiers checks, cash in person. Please don’t waste my time.
This is my late husbands car that was his pride and joy since new. He drove the car into this enclosed barn and has been covered and sitting since 2003.
The interior is in very nice with an after market radio. Dash cap installed and seats are in decent shape. Door panels are very nice.
The exterior was repainted once since new. (Bumpers are hanging in shed with car). Rust is coming through on lower drivers side door now. Also the drivers side frame rail is showing a good amount of rust, but it is difficult to tell if it is through floor. The original sound deadening material is still in excellent shape and clinging well to the floor. Small dent in passenger fender. The paint over all will clean up well.
The troublesome 73 flat top carbs were replaced with Weber DGV carbs, but those will need to gone through. The key has also gone missing. This car was dealer retrofitted with AC and all that is intact including the original insulation! Original dealer installed mags as well!
If your seriously interested and come to look at the car you will need to understand that the tires are flat and very dry rotted and will likely not hold air. The brakes will likely need to be removed in order to roll or dragged with a winch. The car will need to be flat bed towed, a couple new spares placed on the back so you can use a dolly or flat bed trailer.
If your looking for and unmolested, original owner, Barn find then this car is for you! Datsun’s have gone up in value and will only continue to do so. Don’t wait or hesitate or it will be gone!
