This car sat in storage for over 20 years, barn find! We’ve been working on it over the past year and and a half and are ready to part ways with it. We’ve invested over $3K getting it to where it is. It’s in decent shape but does have some quirks and trouble spots.
1973 Datsun 240z S30, 4 Speed
76K Miles on the odometer (assuming that’s original mileage)
Runs good, fun to drive
Rare (at least around here) and increasing in popularity
Selling this car WITH a complete parts car, motor runs in it too. Parts car still has the original SU carbs. We do not a have a title with the parts car. Must sell both together. The Parts car is the white one in the photos. Not current interested selling the parts car separately.
Recent Work Done Includes:
New wheels (Konig Rewinds) and tires
Brake system almost completely redone, new brake booster, new master cylinder, new rubber brake lines, new brake drums, new calipers, new brake cylinders
New Slave Cylinder for clutch
Pertronix Ignitor II electronic ignition and pertronix Flame-Thrower II coil
MSA 3-2 Coated Headers with Aluminzed performance exhaust
Replaced Fuel Tank Sending Unit
Original Fuel Tank was reconditioned by Z Care Source
Taylor Hi-Pro Spark Plug Wires and NGK plugs
K&N Air Cleaners
Replaced side emblems
Rebuilt the Weber DGV carbs
New head lamps
New fuse block
Replaced both throttle cables
Smog pump and pollution controls removed
No calls or texts after 9 PM and I won’t respond to texts or emails asking if I still have it. May consider trades for GM muscle cars 1970 or older, but that’s about it. Serious inquiries only!
